Here are Joanna’s top tips to stay glowing during the colder months:
Use a humidifier while you sleep. This seems like an obvious solution but not many people do it! Make sure you use filtered water and do not add any essential oils. Keep it right beside your bed to remember to turn it on every night. Your cells will thank you in the morning.
Decrease dehydrating caffeine and alcohol intake. Yes, we know, it's hard. But decreasing by even 1 cup of coffee or 1 extra glass of wine per day can reduce dehydration which will result is less appearance of fine lines, dullness, and dark circles. Less caffeine = less dark circles, we promise!

- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ½ avocado
- ¼ cup honey
- Mix well and apply to your face or body for 15 minutes. This creamy mask soothes, moisturizes, and feels like butter on your skin.
- Make sure to throw away any extra, you'll only want to use fresh DIY masks on your face to prevent any bacteria buildup between use.
