Orders

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship to the USA. We have international retail partners around the world; find the one closest to you by clicking "RETAILERS" at the bottom of this page.
What shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?
All USA orders qualify for free standard ground shipping. We regret that expedited shipping is not available at this time.
When will my order ship?
We process orders within 1-2 business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once picked up from our warehouse in New Jersey, it will be delivered in 1 to 5 business days within the 48 states, depending on the distance. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?
If you have made an error entering your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at store@joannavargas.com. If the shipment has already been processed by the warehouse, we cannot change the delivery address.
Do you offer samples?
At this time we do not offer any samples. If you would like to try our product before you buy we recommend visiting one of our many retailers. You can find the closest one near you on our RETAILERS page.
The product I want is out of stock, will it be available again?
We suggest signing up for our newsletter to be the first to know of product restocking, new products, and deals.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We are sorry that your product didn't work for you! To initiate a return or exchange, please email store@joannavargas.com with a description of the problem, within 30 days of receipt. Our customer service team will advise you of the return process based on your order. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, at the original purchase price. We cannot refund shipping fees, nor orders received in excess of 30 days.

Do you test on animals?
No, Joanna Vargas is 100% committed to cruelty-free products, and is Leaping Bunny certified.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, apart from the Daily Hydrating Cream which contains sustainably-sourced beeswax. You can see all the ingredients we use in every product on the product pages.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, New customers who sign up for our newsletter via submission of their email or phone number will receive 20% off their first single spa service (dermatologist services excluded) and 20% off their first online product purchase with the code WELCOMEGLOW. WELCOMEGLOW discount cannot be combined with any other offers, including subscription services. Marketing and seasonal promotions cannot be combined with any other offers, including subscription services.
