Additionally, longevity experts believe that 50% of all aging skin is brought about by foods that cause cellular inflammation.
Furthermore, some state that substituting green or black tea for coffee in your diet will make you lose 7 to 8 pounds in 6 weeks time without changing anything else in your eating habits.
Green tea is packed with antioxidants that reverse damaged skin and in fact keep it YOUNG.
Furthermore, curbing foods that cause cellular inflammation, like starches and sugars can reverse a lot of the signs of aging, including de-puffing your skin.
WHAT TO EAT
Eating green leafy vegetables and fruits with every meal can provide a wide variety of antioxidants and will help you greatly in the digestion process.
An alternative to eating greens with every meal is juicing as it makes it easy for the body to absorb the needed nutrients immediately without having to go through the entire digestion process.
High quality protein needs to be incorporated as it helps build collagen, one of the most important proteins for keeping skin healthy, firm and young.
