When you are not drinking water you should be drinking lots of green tea. In many Asian cultures people drink tea through out the day, as many as five cups or more a day.
Research shows that this has the greatest impact on your health and of course as a result your skin. Green tea prevents, maintains and reverses the damaged skin.
Cut back on the sweet stuff. The process that the body uses to breakdown sugars also damages collagen and this is the protein we need to keep skin young and firm.
