OUR RETURN POLICY
If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the unused portion of the product, along with a description of the problem and send back to us within 30 days and you will be issued a check for the full purchase price. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping both to them and back to us if there is a problem.
We offer USPS shipping, at a flat rate of $10 either way. International shipping is a flat rate of $50 USPS only. If you need a special shipping method, we will have to find out how much the cost is and let you know.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Once we have shipped the products, we provide proof of delivery confirmation or tracking confirmation which shows that the products have been delivered. Once the product is delivered, we are not responsible if the product is lost or stolen. All damages or short shipments must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the products in order to be compensated for any loss.
