In my opinion the first step to beautiful skin is always prevention.

And the first step in prevention is to use a good sunscreen.

I prefer mineral base sunscreens as they are healthier for your skin. I always use a mineral powder with SPF for everyday.

This fact is always startling to me. Your body is composed of 98 percent water and as we age the body’s ability to hold water lessens.

Therefore keep your skin supple by using a good moisturizer and drinking plenty of water through out the day.

Your skin is the first barrier against pollution, the sun, disease and many other aging factors but it is also the last of your organs to receive nutrients. Therefore, the skin is the first to show signs of an improper diet.
